One of the best episodes in season three in OTH is "With tired eyes, Tired minds, Tired Souls, We slept". The conflict arises at the beginning of the episode. Jimmy Edwards is a student at Tree Hill High School. His friends stopped talking to him a while ago and he was always picked on. He had many issues and was very troubled. One day, he brings a gun to school. He stuffs it into his jacket, and he shoots. He shoots toward a glass door at school, and everyone is freaking out. After Jimmy shoots, his reaction on his face shows that he is clearly  surprised. The principal tells everyone to go to a designated area. Jimmy and a couple of kids go in the tutor center. The kids in the tutor center don't know that Jimmy is the boy who brought the gun. They have no ideas that they're lives are in jeopardy. Jimmy pills out his gun after Nathan rescues Haley and everyone else in the tutor center, or at least tries to. Before Nathan can get everyone out of the school, Jimmy pulls out his gun and holds everyone hostage. Everyone is surprised that he is the one that brought the gun. Meanwhile, Lucas finds Peyton in the library and stays with her because she cannot walk. She got cut 

from the glass. 

"Everyday I have to go to this school, is one less day I have to come back", Jimmy Edwards.  

Lucas has to take Peyton out of the library and sees Keith(Lucas's uncle). Jimmy is pointing a gun at Keith. Lucas leaves to bring Peyton outside. Keith and Jimmy are standing in the hallway. "I wanted them to like me. It hurts, it hurts. Your lies hurt. Im sorry". Jimmy points the gun to his heart and he shoots himself. The echoes of the gun is heard by the people in the tutor center. Keith checks Jimmy's pulse, he's dead. Dan, whom is Keith's brother walks into the hallway. Dan picks up the gun and shoots Keith. Dan is a murderer!
